Thank you for speak out at the PRC against private equity plans to control our energy. This is a critical time to make your voice heard! Important: The PRC has announced a new policy - all public commenters, both in person and online, must sign up in advance via email. Filling out the form below lets New Energy Economy know you are planning to speak, but you also need to email [email protected] to officially sign up.

Public comment will be accepted at each bi-weekly open meeting at 10:00AM. Public Comment is usually scheduled at the start of these meetings and can be done either online or in person. Any issue before the Commission can be addressed during the public comment segment, even if the case itself is not on the docket at that particular meeting. The meetings take place in various locations, but usually in Albuquerque and Santa Fe.
